Our Story
Hi! My name is Herman. My partner and manager Alejandra and I operate this Airbnb. We are very hardworking, yet nice people who want to provide the best service possible. This home is 100 years old, quirky but in a great location, which is minutes to the downtown area. We have hosted more than 100 global guests, and continue to provide a reasonable service for short term rents.

Cancellation rules are strict. For our website they have to cancel and notify us at least 5 business days prior.
Only certain exceptions will apply like death in family or sickness.
Other than that they won’t get a refund if they cancel same day or 5 days into booking.
Are pets allowed at your bed and breakfast?
Pets allowed. Assistance animals are always allowed.
Pet Fees must me paid when we send request. If it goes unpaid, we will ask to remove pet from premises.
